I’ve been busy Junkin’ Up the place…
One of the things I had to tackle first off was the lovely wallpaper in the dining and living room. I’m sure when the house was built it was charming, but that charm has worn off. In my haste to start working on the kitchen makeover, I had to come up with a quick resolve for making the wallpaper disappear. The magic trick for this? BURLAP. I love burlap and it has so many uses, including acting as a wall covering.
Here it is…my Cowgirl/Red Licorice Kitchen. Whew! That was a lot of work and it took longer than planned because we had family reunion slap dab in the middle of my project, but it was a nice break, so I’m not complaining.
